How to oil a wood cutting board
Monthly
- Wash by hand, dry standing on edge.
- Rub a food-safe board oil or wax across every surface.
- Leave it to soak in, then wipe off the excess.
Do not put wood boards in the dishwasher. Oil more often if it looks dry.
