End grain vs edge grain?
End grain shows the ends of the wood fibres and is usually described as gentler on knife edges.
Can I put wood in the dishwasher?
No. Hand wash and oil.
Is poly worse for knives?
Not necessarily; a good poly board is common in professional kitchens.
Why are there no prices?
